GhostPost.us — Scan to Understand
Your career page is talking. Do you know what it's saying?
GhostPost runs a diagnostic on your public career page and shows you what's visible, what's missing, and what doesn't match — before a candidate, a regulator, or an acquirer finds it first.
We look beyond the page.
GhostPost.us doesn't just scan what you see. It looks for what the employer has made publicly discoverable across its career infrastructure.

Each engagement receives controlled scope, documented evidence handling, and executive-level reporting. Reports are delivered within 10 business days of payment, and every report is reviewed by our founder before it is released.
What this is
We observe a company's public job postings from the outside — the primary public careers page and the publicly visible content within its agreed scan surface — and document what was visible, where, and when.
- Dated, sourced evidence — not opinions.
- Every posting observed keeps its source URL, observation date, and change history.
- Every source is reported with its own outcome, and an unavailable source is never reported as an absence.
- GhostPost.us has already performed scans of actual company career pages. The current availability makes this capability accessible to a limited number of organizations through a defined, controlled diagnostic process.
The Public Careers Footprint Diagnostic is one component of the broader GhostPost.us visibility-intelligence ecosystem, designed to help organizations understand how their public hiring presence is presented, interpreted, and observed.

What the Career-Page Diagnostic covers
It all starts with a scan. GhostPost examines your organization's public career footprint, beginning with the career presence you control and looking for additional publicly discoverable job information connected to that hiring footprint.
- Your organization's controlled public career presence
- Publicly discoverable job information connected to that career presence
- Missing or unavailable information — pay, location, employment type, benefits, application details
- Internal inconsistencies across your own public career pages
- Potentially outdated postings
- Unusual posting age, duplication, and repeated listings
- A documented point-in-time report of what was publicly visible when the scan ran
The standard diagnostic does not automatically include separate regional career sites, subsidiary pages, recruiting-platform domains, microsites, third-party job boards, archived sources, or other public hiring channels outside the primary careers page.
- Public Careers Footprint Diagnostic
- The agreed scan of the organization's primary public careers page and the publicly visible content available within that page's defined scan surface.
- Total Public Hiring Footprint
- A broader, separately scoped engagement that may include multiple career domains, regional pages, subsidiaries, recruiting platforms, job boards, archived sources, or other public hiring channels.

How evidence is stated
Missing or inaccessible evidence is never represented as a negative finding. Every finding keeps its evidence state and is tied to the scan surface and observation period.
- Observed
- Information GhostPost.us found and recorded in the public source at the time of observation.
- Stated absent
- The reviewed source explicitly indicates that the information is not provided.
- Can't determine
- The available public evidence does not allow GhostPost.us to determine the answer.
- Source unavailable
- GhostPost.us could not lawfully access or successfully read the source. This is not treated as an absence.
- No requirement record identified
- GhostPost.us does not currently have a sourced requirement record for this jurisdiction or topic in its regulatory dataset. This does not mean that no requirement exists, it does not mean the posting is compliant, and it does not mean there is no risk.
- Unverified
- The requirement or data point has not yet been sufficiently verified against the required source and should not be treated as established fact.
How each source is reported
Source readability is a separate axis from what a posting displayed. A source that could not be read does not change the state of any posting.
- Read
- The source was reached and its publicly visible content was recorded.
- Read, nothing listed
- The source was reached and displayed no postings at that time. This is an observation, not a conclusion about the organization.
- Could not check
- The source could not be read during the observation period. Nothing is inferred from it in either direction.
- Unavailable — no sanctioned access
- GhostPost.us holds no sanctioned access to the source, so it was never searched. This is not a statement that no postings exist there.

Common questions
What sources does GhostPost.us scan?
Depending on the Diagnostic and selected scope, GhostPost.us may gather and analyze information from search engines, public websites and career pages, job-posting sources, aggregators, licensed or subscription-based data, partner sources, APIs, and other authorized sources. Sources vary based on the scope of the Scan and the information available.
What exactly do you scan?
Your organization's primary public careers page and the publicly visible content available within that page's agreed scan surface — the same thing any member of the public could open in a browser. Nothing behind a login, and nothing internal.
Do you tell me whether we are compliant?
No. GhostPost.us documents what was publicly observable, with dates and sources. Your legal, compliance and workforce advisors determine what that evidence means.
What if a source cannot be read?
It is reported as COULD NOT CHECK or NOT SEARCHED / NO ACCESS, never as "no postings". Missing or inaccessible evidence is never presented as a negative finding.
How long does it take?
The scan itself runs in minutes on most careers surfaces. The Executive Synopsis and Full Evidence Report are available in your workspace once the observation completes and the record is written.
Who can see the report?
Only the people your organization authorizes. Delivery is through a secure, revocable link to a verified company email address, plus access inside your own workspace. You can revoke access at any time.
We have several career pages or entities. How does that work?
Select the quantity you need at checkout. 1 quantity = 1 URL/entity, which is how multi-entity, subsidiary and portfolio reviews are purchased. There is no separate product for them.
Do you look at job boards and aggregators too?
That is the Expanded Diagnostic Footprint, added to the Career-Page Diagnostic. It looks across the broader publicly visible hiring landscape — external job boards, aggregators, syndicated postings, and other publicly accessible sources GhostPost.us can legitimately reach. GhostPost.us always names the sources it did not search.
How do I pay?
Full payment upfront at checkout. There is no deposit and no second billing event.
Evidence and intelligence — not a legal determination.
GhostPost.us documents publicly observable evidence from the agreed scan surface and observation period. The report is provided for organizational review and decision support. It does not constitute legal advice or a determination that any organization, posting, or practice is compliant, noncompliant, lawful, or unlawful.
