For Government, Regulators & SLED
A record that does not originate with the party it concerns.
Public job information is fragmented across sources no single organization controls. GhostPost observes the sources it is configured, technically able, and authorized to reach, and documents what each one displayed at a specific time.
What the record contains
- Timestamped observations with the source URL attached to every line.
- Every collection attempt and outcome, including sources that were unavailable or unreadable.
- Field-level change history, and historical change-window filtering for a defined period.
- Requirement records for a named jurisdiction, with citation, status, and source link.
- Exportable evidence packets that preserve provenance end to end.
Why the discipline matters
An observation layer is only useful to a public body if it refuses to draw conclusions.
- Three evidence states only: Observed, Stated absent, Can't determine.
- A source that could not be read is recorded as unread — never as an absence of postings.
- No score, no severity, no ranking, no compliance determination anywhere in the product or the API.
- GhostPost does not decide whether a requirement applies to a given organization.
- Methodology is published and citable, so a reviewer can evaluate the record on its terms.
Public-sector fit
GhostPost supplies evidence. Statutory authority, interpretation, and enforcement remain entirely with the agency.
- Organization-scoped workspaces with seats managed by workspace administrators.
- Read-only, versioned API for consumption inside existing agency systems.
- Revocable keys, with last-use recorded.
- Observation records are additive; prior observations are not rewritten.
What GhostPost does not do
This boundary is not a limitation. It is what makes the record usable as evidence.
- Determine whether an organization is compliant
- Determine whether a law or requirement applies
- Declare a violation, or that anyone is liable
- Provide legal advice or legal opinions
- Assign severity or risk
- Produce a score of any kind — no composite score, no 0–100, no letter grade, no ranking
- Assign, track, or execute remediation
- Track resolution or assign owners
- Remove postings or send takedown demands
- Run notice-to-cure clocks or enforce requirements
GhostPost observes and documents. Qualified professionals and the systems an organization already runs decide what the evidence means and what happens next.
