In diligence, most of what you receive is the organization’s own account of itself. GhostPost.us observes configured public job sources from outside and records what each one displayed, when, and where. It attaches no determination, no severity, and no verdict.
The evidence taxonomy
Fixed, and applied the same way everywhere. Source readability is tracked as a separate axis.

- Information GhostPost.us found and recorded in the public source at the time of observation.
- Stated absent
- The reviewed source explicitly indicates that the information is not provided.
- Can't determine
- The available public evidence does not allow GhostPost.us to determine the answer.
- Source unavailable
- GhostPost.us could not lawfully access or successfully read the source. This is not treated as an absence.
- No requirement record identified
- GhostPost.us does not currently have a sourced requirement record for this jurisdiction or topic in its regulatory dataset. This does not mean that no requirement exists, it does not mean the posting is compliant, and it does not mean there is no risk.
- Unverified
- The requirement or data point has not yet been sufficiently verified against the required source and should not be treated as established fact.

- A timestamped observation history for each observed source, with the source URL on every line.
- Historical change-window filtering: what appeared, changed, disappeared, or reappeared within a defined period.
- Every recorded attempt against the configured sources, and its outcome — including sources that could not be read.
- Requirement records for a named jurisdiction, with citation, status, and source.
- Exportable evidence packets that preserve provenance.
Why outside-in observation matters in diligence
A dated record from outside the organization can be examined independently of the disclosure it accompanies.
- GhostPost.us observes from outside, so the record does not originate with the party it concerns.
- A source that could not be read is recorded as unread. It is never converted into a disappearance.
- Scheduled re-observation continues through a transaction window and does not alter or reinterpret prior observations.
- The record is non-judgmental by construction, so no reader has to unwind an embedded conclusion.
What GhostPost.us does not do
GhostPost.us is the evidence layer. The judgment stays with the professionals who are accountable for it.
- It does not value a business, assess a transaction, or produce a score, grade, or ranking of any kind.
- It does not label an organization compliant, non-compliant, or fraudulent.
- It does not read sources whose own rules prohibit automated reading, and absence there is never evidence about an organization.
- Whether a requirement applies to a given organization is determined by qualified professionals, not by GhostPost.us.

GhostPost.us observes and documents what it can verify from configured public sources. It surfaces evidence; the people responsible for legal, compliance, policy, employment, and enforcement decisions determine what that evidence means and what action, if any, is appropriate.
