Ontario posting requirements take effect 1 January 2026

Ontario's Employment Standards Act requirements for publicly advertised job postings came into effect on 1 January 2026. Covered postings must state whether the posting is for an existing vacancy, must disclose expected compensation information, and interviewed applicants must receive a response within a defined period.
