A Diagnostic is what you purchase. A Scan is what GhostPost.us performs. The Diagnostic Report, also called the Scan Report, is what you receive.

Your Diagnostic may be used within 12 months of the original purchase date. You may purchase now and provide your URL later.

Purchases are paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.

An unused diagnostic may be transferred once within 12 months of the original purchase date.

You can make the transfer yourself from your account. You may change the URL or the organization associated with the Diagnostic.

The 12-month usage period is based on the original purchase date. A transfer does not restart or extend the usage period.

Once a Diagnostic has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again, and a Diagnostic that has already been used cannot be transferred.

If you no longer need the Diagnostic you purchased, the unused purchase amount may be applied to another GhostPost.us service or product within the original 12-month period.

A Diagnostic is based on the information available within the selected scope at the time the Scan runs.

Depending on the Diagnostic and selected scope, GhostPost.us may gather and analyze information from search engines, public websites and career pages, job-posting sources, aggregators, licensed or subscription-based data, partner sources, APIs, and other authorized sources. Sources vary based on the scope of the Scan and the information available.

A source that could not be read is reported as unavailable. It is never reported as an absence.

GhostPost.us documents publicly observable evidence from the agreed scan surface and observation period. The report is provided for organizational review and decision support. It does not constitute legal advice or a determination that any organization, posting, or practice is compliant, noncompliant, lawful, or unlawful.

Your Scan Report is available in your account. You may also name recipients, who receive a secure link that can expire and can be revoked.

You are responsible for who you share your report with.

Assess and Watch & Notify are ongoing services arranged by request. Pricing, cadence, and scope are confirmed with you before anything begins.

Where a recurring service is agreed, billing terms — including annual prepayment where applicable — are set out in that agreement.
